No. Our first conversation is about understanding what you're looking for. When the time comes to write an offer, I'll connect you with trusted lenders who specialize in luxury financing, or we can work with your existing financial team.
Can I see off-market properties?
Yes. A significant portion of the luxury market in Las Vegas moves through private channels. After our initial consultation, I'll share relevant off-market opportunities that match your criteria.
I'm not sure about my timeline. Is it too early to reach out?
It's never too early. The most successful buyers I work with started the conversation 6 to 12 months before purchasing. Understanding the market early gives you a strategic advantage when the right property appears.
Do you work with out-of-state buyers?
Absolutely. A large portion of my clients are relocating from California, Washington, New York, and other states. I offer virtual consultations, video tours, and a full concierge relocation service to make the process seamless regardless of where you're starting.
What does it cost to work with you as a buyer?
In most transactions, the buyer pays nothing directly. My commission is covered by the seller or built into the transaction structure. There's no cost to have an expert advisor in your corner.
